the Victoria Gaol is suffering from Rheumatic Arthritis and has lost eighteen pounds in weight during the last twelve months. He has been suffering during the late cold weather and is under treatment for the complaint which is a chronic one all the time. We are of opinion he is not in a fit state to perform his duties satisfactorily.
